BSC (Balanced Scorecard) Steering GroupDevelop strategies and tools for implementation and communication. Develop a "Hot Sheet" of accomplishment to distribute to staff. Leadership Role in BSC ProcessAct as a BSC Champion. Identify BSC implementers and roles in Business Units. Assure Business Units have viable scheduled BSC review meeting. Assure Business Unit needs are brought to the BSC Steering Committee. Help to insure that sub-units see the connectivity and alignment to the BSC. Keep Business Unit and Service Unit Managers focused on BSC Priorities. Establish Accountability to BSC Priorities. Help to assure that the BSC message is understandable to staff. Participate in BSC strategy and decision making process.
